Shadowood Farm is a community style organic food garden.
Our goal is to offer something for everyone who wants affordable, fresh, organic and local food.
We rent ready made planting beds to people for the growing season, and teach our gardeners how to grow their own vegetables using organic practices.
In addition to our rental spaces, we offer a full line of organic gardening supplies, educational workshops, and fresh produce for purchase.
We are passionate about fresh, local, organic food and are proud to share what we've learned over the years with our community.

Interested in growing your own food?
We offer individual, raised garden plot rental spaces where gardeners can learn and grow their own organically grown food from October - April/May. Spaces are, however, limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
Season #5 officially began on September 27th. Our garden spaces are thankfully filled for the season with eager gardeners. On occasion, a space will open up mid-season, so be sure to contact us if you'd like to be on our waiting list.
For more space rental information, see the menu below.

We carry everything you need to grow great organic food at home or here in our community gardening paradise.
We offer a complete line of Organic, Heirloom and Non-GMO vegetable and herb seeds as well as a huge selection of starter plants that are grown using organic practices from day one. No membership is needed to purchase retail items, however, members do receive a discount on starter plants.
