Shadowood Farm is devoted to teaching people how to grow their own food using organic practices. People have the option to rent ready made planting beds and learn to grow food in a hands on environment.
In addition to teaching our gardeners how to grow great food, Shadowood offers a variety of educational workshops that are open to the public for home gardeners.
As of Season #7 (Fall of 2016) Shadowood grown organic food will be available to a finite number of Supporting Members.
Yes, we do rent the farm for private events such as parties, meetings and weddings.
Our extra organic food is distributed to organizations that represent local families in need. If your non-profit organization is interested in local, organic food, please contact us.
